Seller of the Services: Roee (Beta operator), business ID Business ID: pending, Business address: pending, Israel. Orders are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

How to cancel or request a refund

• Online: Settings → Billing → *Cancel subscription* / *Request refund* Owner: pending. EU/EEA consumers: from 19 June 2026 a clearly labelled "Withdraw from contract here" function must be available online during the withdrawal period.
• Email: the in-app support form (https://venturelab-app.onrender.com/app/support) with your account email and order reference. You may also use the cancellation channels required by Israeli law.
• We confirm receipt in writing. Cancellations take effect within 3 business days; refunds are processed within 14 days of a valid cancellation notice.

SaaS subscriptions

• Cancel anytime; no further renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• First purchase: full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial charge. Proposed: pending
• Israeli consumers (statutory): may cancel within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later (4 months for eligible senior citizens, persons with disabilities and new immigrants where the law applies); we may deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower Owner: pending, and a proportional amount for service already used.
• EU/EEA/UK consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract date. If you ask the service to start during that period you pay only for the part supplied before withdrawal.
• Renewals: refundable within 7 days if the Service was not used in the renewed period.
• Service failure: if a paid Service is materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, a pro-rata credit or refund on request — no cancellation fee for defects or non-conformity.

Digital products (DevOps Template Store, Cloud Career Kits)

• Refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded/opened the content, or at any time within 30 days if the content is materially defective or not as described.
• Israeli law excludes "information" (Computers Law, 5755-1995) and copyable goods whose packaging was opened from the 14-day distance-sale cancellation right; EU/UK law ends the withdrawal right for digital content once download starts only if you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged losing the right, and we confirmed this on a durable medium. Checkout must collect that request/acknowledgement.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010.
