Our commitment

We aim for the marketing site and the web app to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, reg. 35) and to WCAG 2.1 level AA / EN 301 549.

Legal status

Israel: a business that is an *osek patur*, or whose turnover is below the threshold published by the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities (₪120,000 as of 2025, index-linked), may rely on a self-declared exemption from website accessibility duties. Owner: pending
EU: the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) does not apply to microenterprises providing services (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover or balance sheet ≤ €2 million).

What we have done

Semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable forms, visible focus states, text alternatives, sufficient colour contrast (checked in QA), right-to-left/bidi isolation for Hebrew text, no time limits, no CAPTCHAs. Last automated + manual audit: pending
