You may not use the Services to:

  1. Monitor, scan or fetch domains, URLs, APIs or pages you do not own or are not authorized to monitor; attempt to reach private, internal or cloud-metadata addresses; or evade our network safeguards.
  2. Scrape or snapshot pages whose robots.txt or terms prohibit automated access, pages behind a login, paywall or CAPTCHA, or pages containing personal data; SaaS Price Watch only fetches publicly accessible pages permitted by robots.txt, identifies itself as "VentureLab-Monitor", and you must also comply with the target site's terms. Do not use Service output to republish third-party content.
  3. Upload data you have no right to process, including others' personal data without a lawful basis, or special-category/sensitive data not needed for the Service.
  4. Upload malware, attempt to access other customers' data, probe, overload or bypass rate limits, quotas or authentication.
  5. Resell, sublicense or redistribute templates/kits or Service output except as licensed.
  6. Use the Services for unlawful purposes, including violation of export controls, sanctions, privacy or anti-spam laws (including the Israeli Communications Law "spam" provisions, section 30A).
  7. Use alerts/webhooks to send unsolicited messages to third parties (alert emails may only go to your own organization's addresses).
  8. Upload credentials, secrets, or API tokens (remove them from CI logs and exports before upload), or data you obtained in breach of a platform's terms (e.g. Azure, Shopify, HubSpot, GitHub).
  9. Use Tender Radar or any Service to obtain or redistribute tender documents in breach of the publishing authority's terms or copyright.

Enforcement: we may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts and remove content that violates this AUP, and cooperate with lawful requests. Report abuse to the in-app support form (https://venturelab-app.onrender.com/app/support).
